Cancellation & Reservation Policy
To secure a reservation for parties of 6 or more we require credit card details. We will also need security for all online reservations for Friday, Saturday and Sunday bookings. This is a precautionary measure to safeguard against no-shows and late cancellations. Your card will not be charged for deposit purposes. Our cancellation terms are 24 hours and we operate a strict no-show policy. In the event of a cancellation within 24 hours or a no-show we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of £15 per person booked.
On Special events like Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day… A £15 per person deposit payment will be required this will come off your bill on the day of your visit and 48 hour notice is required in the case of cancellation.
